Betfair Australasia is a private company. It is a 50:50 joint venture between The Sporting Exchange Limited (owner of Betfair Limited in the UK) and Crown Limited. 100% of the profits generated from the wagering activities of all Australian and New Zealand customers flows to Betfair Australasia.
