Corporate and Commercial:
From Finance and Legal to Compliance and Marketing.
Customer Contact:
Involves the Customer Experience department, with Telephone Betting Brokers having knowledge of sports, betting, a customer-focused attitude; HelpDesk staff provide expert advice and assistance to our customers to provide the best customer experience.
Market Operations:
These role comprise sports research, administration, production, content and settlement of markets. An ideal job for those who love sports and/or racing.
Client Operations:
This function within Betfair is made up of client payments, KYC checks, fraud prevention, credit control, audit and market integrity. People with excellent analytical skills, experience in managing on-line payment methods, fraud detection and prevention will excel in these areas.
Engineering:
Dedicated and self-motivated engineers will be interested and enthusiastic about our highly transactional product using leading edge technologies.
Human Resources and Administration:
From generalist HR, to specialist requirements including an extensive learning and development environment, and office administration.
